 Messengers of Light GOLD: This is the color to bring into your energy field as you say the Messenger of Light mantra.
 A Messenger of Light is filled with a Golden Light
Gold stimulates your receptivity to higher impressions and brings illumination to your ability to plan and organize your life. These energies (in all shades of gold) can improve your eyesight as well. Imagine this color over your eyes and gently touch your eyes with your fingertips to regenerate your vision. You can also use this color to regenerate your inner hearing by vividly imagining these golden rays. You may also experience a profound shift through visualizing gold flowing from the Divine Self into the soul and into your higher centers (located in the etheric body which is the framework for your physical body). This flowing color awakens your crown center and ajna (third eye) center. Gold also helps clear sinuses and eyes. Two ways to use color: 1. A fabric of gold over your face and upper torso while you lie under the sun or a full spectrum light. 2. By using your creative imagination and visualizing gold surrounding you and permeating your energy field. Then ask that this color infuse your entire energy field.
