Session 1. Group Intention
A.
Preparing to serve humanity. Purifying process to bring through the power of the soul.
B. Creating a magnetic field of light.
Session 2. Group Heart
A. Developing soul love, absorbing it into
yourself. Finding the group heart and soul.
B. Drawing pure love frequencies from the Shining Teachers. Restructuring your emotions.
Session 3. Group Vision
A. Identifying the group vision emerging from the
group soul.
B. "I am the soul, and also love I am." You awaken a new point of light and power. From our Cosmic Wheel of
Illumination, you call aloud each name in your group, including your own.
Session 4. Group Receptivity
A. Observing changes in your daily thoughts
and relationships. Become a recipient and transmit qualities of love, abundance, confidence.
B. A new full moon meditation. Build strands of loving energies from your point of light within a greater light
and walk on a golden bridge to the Master.
Session 5. Group Contact
A. A new rhythm of higher contact. Joining the
Great Ones during a special cycle of higher contact.
B. Participating in these blessings.
Session 6. Becoming Harmless
A. Developing Harmlessness and control of
the personality by the soul. The secret of silence.
B. Releasing energy tied to the past.
Session 7. Discrimination
A. Finding where your life is going, how
activities energize or deplete you. Aiding others from soul level.
B. You as Recipient: listening for the notes of the soul, the group, and the Master.
Session 8. Spiritual Will
A and B. Perseverance and Tenacity. Developing
the group will that deepens the commitment to the soul.
Session 9. Using Spiritual Forces
A. The living fountain of light that
moves from your being to the center of the Master's aura.
B. Bringing others into the light of the group soul to be touched by its radiance.
Session 10. Linking with the Spiritual Triad
A. New alignment with the
soul. Sacred geometry.
B. Linking with the future to find your expanded work.
Session 11. Solitude, Silence, and the Sacred Word
A.Tap into
inspirational ideas and action.
B. Practice working with your group through dynamic love and power.
Session 12. Spiritual Poise
A. Focusing radiance from Soul and Spirit.
Moving from the one who listens to the one who knows.
B. Strengthening and aiding all life on our planet through the power of sacred mantras.
You are learning to lift and aid others through powerful group work as you reach
higher forces of light.
You can complete PL1 in three to twelve months. If you choose the intense, accelerated path
and meditate with the group every day, you can move to the next session each week. If you wish greater
spiritual saturation, spend a month on each session. You are encouraged to write to LaUna at any time to share
your experiences in Path of Light.
