This seminar was declared a resounding success by those who participated. To expand on the benefits you experienced at the seminar you are encouraged to share your insights and comments about the meditations and exercises after you listen to them.

Everyone learns from others in the group. By verbalizing an experience, an insight, or an idea, you contribute to the group knowledge and understanding. We also deepen our own experience by expressing our insights in words, similar to the benefits gained by keeping a spiritual journal.
