On Sunday, the energy was so strong that I felt enveloped in a cocoon of this energy. I felt empowered, serene and
very protected all at the same time. I was ready to get on the plane right then to come to Ashland and Thursday
seemed like a long time to wait. I felt at-one-ment with everyone and realized what a special opportunity we have.
We have created a powerful energy vibration that we can direct upward and outward to aid the Masters and serve
humanity. This is going to be a very special seminar whether you are able to attend in person or you are taking it

How fantastic it was to have
everything on line so fast, please thank your web master Jeff. It really felt as if I were there with you all. I
had downloaded everything as it appeared onto my new ipod in seconds and was able to retire to my little sitting
room and listen in total peace and quiet. So thank you all again. I have seen major changes in my eating habits
since LaUna's talk on eating habits. Three years ago I switched to a tea plate. Still I ate too much. It seems to
have been no effort at all since that talk to just eat sufficient unto the day. I have to say my body at last has a
chance of reaching temple status! Today I walked the two miles into town without any hardship. My reward was two
huge bags of organic fruit the shopkeeper gave me to dehydrate because he hadn't sold it today. So thankyou!

I am very blessed to have been able to have attended the
seminar. I seem to be going through this kind of spiritual indifference and transition. That though I love fully I
am not directly connected with this overzealous need to save. It more like I just want to serve and to continue to
focus on the highest light. In the last few months there has much been much less thought and much more listening.
My inner visions and dreams have been transformed and increased in vividness. Teaching is notable evident in my
dreams. A much greater sense of knowing, of understanding without verbal communicating. I see the obstacles and
realize like all things really don't exist as they appear. Most of all, I experienced this incredible light,
almost crystal, many colors, like the rose of love, and an incredible loving presence through out the seminar. My
personal healing continues to unfold. I saw all of the participants in a new light, so different from the way I
knew them after all these years. I been struggling to overcome my selfishness and fully commit to the higher

My experience is that we truly touched and contacted the
Divine Self in so many way. The frequency is so different from the Soul. Like great packets of information and
love are impressed upon the Soul in lightening flashes which only later unfolds in so many ways in your life.
Everything flowed through out the seminar and each received what was needed. This is truly group work of the
highest order in which the group was able to access levels of consciousness not available to the individual. I like

It is truly amazing to have had the opportunity to meet some of the people who are holding the light! The special

I´ve been listening to the meditations daily, wonderful joyful energies. My insights are all around the
single thought to play the Divine Part I have in the The Divine Plan, that and that only in every single meditation
and insights around this thought. How calling someone, having fun with friends, everything I do 24/7 is my Divine
Part in the Divine Plan. The result is joy, joy and freedom is a sign I´m delivering my Divine Part in the
Divine Plan, as I´m highly joyful and feeling this incredible freedom all day long this is a good sign!

Just had a powerful dream last night! It was a very short but wonderful dream. I was in a very
crowded large room and was squeezing by people and table edges to move around. Something fell off the edge of a table
as I brushed by its edges. I reached down to pick it up and it was a book, a book with the word "Light" in the
title. As I was returning to an upright position with it, the light intensified in the room.
LaUna was sitting at a table, smiling with the most radiant smile I had ever seen. Light was literally blazing all around her. There were all her books in small piles on the table. It was a "book signing". People were in lines to have her sign their books, talking softly to each other, leaning this way and that to try to see. She was chatting, smiling, writing in each one's book. She was happy and radiant beyond words. Her magnetism was extraordinary. And as I awakened, I knew the visualizations were good and powerful and the ongoing work (that all of us are doing) is quite strong. Thank you so much for the seminar, for the full moon meditations, the Alice Bailey on-line quotes, and your constant and many blessings

I am becoming quite sensitive to the power of
colors now. This morning I held a rose gel over my eyes for a couple of minutes and looked out at the mountains
through this rose color. Then I visualized our whole group lotus with its three outer petals, the next row of petals
and the inner row of three petals, each petal glowing with a luminous rose color. Then I pictured a stream of
continuous rose light streaming out of its center and showering each man and woman in the group. The surprise effect
of these few minutes of visualizing is that afterwards I felt incredibly happy and alive and articulate, as if
something had come over me. Well, it did, the color and the lotus and the sense of the oneness of our group feels
like a great angel overshadowing all of us.

I have been waking up every morning with joy in my heart since I attended the Triangles
Seminar. I experience profound peace throughout the day and seem more grounded. I feel the light and love in each
one of you as I connect with the group soul. Thank you LaUna and Jean for all of your hard work. You both offer so
much to each of us. Now it is our turn to offer that light and love into the world.

Hello everyone! I was so deeply touched by the Triangle of Happiness meditation, which used as
its three points: Love, Mercy, Forgiveness. It is one I will use often. And not only is it helpful personally,
but what a powerful and needed tool as a service meditation, to send these qualities forth to the world! The First
Ray Meditation is also an excellent group service to the world. I will use it on Sun. mornings as suggested. What a
fine use for this powerful energy. As with the Divine Self Triangle, I felt such a sense of joy! Each meditation
was different and helpful and geared toward personal and group spiritual growth, and group service to the world.
Thank you all, again, for this wonderful seminar, and for the opportunity to take it by remote.
The Seminar was very stimulating. So much seemed to be happening on many levels, at the same
time. I had a lot of glamours and illusions come up for me this past week. I realize it would be helpful to clear
my emotional body, and also understand more about maya, glamour and illusions. LaUna I think the Triangle tapes and
exercises will help us a lot with this. Thank you. Joining with you all in the group soul light.

instructive. I would suggest to all seeking a more direct and accelerated path to illumination that they investigate

****** Thank you so much for the seminar meditations, which I will be reviewing on the flights over to Ashland.Now that I have cleared away a lot of mental and emotional debris during meditation all this week, I can tell you that I was completely in love with the group energy during the influx of these energies. After making a commitment to my spiritual path there is an incredible longing to be with people of like mind and to find someone to share the work with. I understand I must learn to feel all this love inside of me and channel it out in some other way – to place my light in some outward form. Also, every single dark thought and energy (subs), personal complex or place that needed love surfaced to be transformed. All of this was and still is so intense, I can hardly express myself clearly. This is so awesome. The Sirius/Leo alignment came into my being with a BIG BANG! I have become so sensitive and telepathic during this past year, that my main focus now is really to become that “clear mountain lake”, getting really stable and serene. I said that I didn't know even know how to turn one on and didn't care to learn! How stubborn we can be. But I decided I needed to check into this "computer stuff", and now I don't know how I lived without it! What a blessing it has been to be able to participate in this seminar by remote. I simply cannot adequately express what a profoundly rich treasury of meditation and group service work this is! I can sense the group Love and Light and Will to Good in such a beautiful energy pattern. The triangles of light and energy and sound and color have come alive within me, and this has also made the Triangles of Light service meditation using the Great Invocation to bless all the earth, come alive for me in such a living, beautiful way. I'm always surprised at each seminar at some profound insight that
helps me shift to the next level. This time was the realization - actually I EXPERIENCED it during a meditation -
that my mind is usually the one in charge. Even after receiving some intuition from the soul, my mind makes the
decisions on how to proceed. The mind makes the decisions for the body, as in whether or not continue a particular
exercise, herb, or whatever. The mind tells the emotions what to "think" about how to feel. That sure was an
eye-opener! The mind's response to this insight was one of relief - now it doesn't have to be responsible for
everything. Before, it was my mind running 100 mph down the road, dragging the body and emotions behind it and
wondering why nothing was getting done the way I pictured it would be. Adding the fuel of the emotions and the
physicality of the body should make implementing the ideas from the intuitive plane much easier and definitely more
successful.
ON CREATIVE IMAGINATION, VISUALIZATION AND DREAMS
I will join with you and continue through the exact time of the full
moon.(I will join also on Sunday at 12:30 here, 9:30 am there, as always). I will at
some time during this meditation envision you filled completely with the Leo energies so natural to your expression
and leading to the complete fulfillment of your writing of the books. Please know that I am indeed picturing you in great detail (how good it was to
see your phyiscal being in so many places - most particularly in your home), visualizing you with the chapters and
the sections all both in mind and in reception from a great column of love and light. I see you completing little
sections and smiling as you inspect the final drafts, nodding and knowing that it is complete and good and the truth
that aches to be placed where the others can see and come to know. I see you sitting sometimes in that special spot
near the front door, meditating and receiving, sometimes on the deck having flashes of insight, and most often
sitting in front of your desktop computer. I see you in great detail. You are writing, the words are flowing, only
needing a touch of change here or there, paragraphs spilling out and coming through - just like you always knew they
would. ******

It was so great being with all of you in the "physical" and especially our gathering after at
Launa's house. That was so special for me. I am truly bonded and united as one in the group. If you are ever in LA,
