How do I change items in your cart?
You can change the quantiy of an item in your cart by changing the number in the quantity box next to the item and then clicking the "Update Cart" button. If you would like to remove an item from your cart you can click the checkbox next to the item or enter a 0 quantity in the quantity box and then click "Update Cart".
Storing items in your cart
If you do not remove them, items will remain in your shopping cart for 24 hours. If you would like to save your cart for a longer time be sure to login to your account. Then your cart will be saved up to one year.
Adding items to your order to be shipped
Until you complete the order process for this order by clicking on the "Place Order" on the order summary page, you can add or remove any items you want. After you complete the order process for this order, you will need to submit a new order for any additions to your order.
What happens when you place an order?
You will receive an email almost immediately confirming your order. If your order includes items that need to be shipped, you will receive a second email when your order has shipped. We usually ship orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. If your order includes items to download, you will have the opportunity to download them immediately and can also do so at any time in the future. You can find your downloads in the Member's Area or by clicking the "My Downloads" link on the top of each page.
