Delight in Bliss and Joy

The life of the soul is Joy! Connecting frequently with the soul enables you to absorb the higher frequencies of Joy and merge into this joy regardless of what is happening on the physical plane. An even higher spiritual frequency is Bliss. This is a sense of the all-pervading Presence of God within and around you.
